NEW YORK, NY- MARCH 11: The Brooklyn, NY community of East Flatbush responds to the NYPD shooting death of 16 year-old Kamani Gray, whose death set off a near-riot in the East Flatbush community. Youths rampaged in the neighborhood strewning garbage cans and trash in the streets to protest the shooting of the 16 year-old. Police Officers from the 67th Precinct and surrounding Police Stations were in Riot gear to combat any scenarios. ©Terrence Jennings
